Developing an international framework for peace education and peacebuilding

Dr Marcus Horwood’s project is tackling one of the biggest challenges in global peacebuilding efforts: how to design and evaluate peace education in ways that genuinely reflect community needs. By developing and testing a standardised set of outcome measures aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the project aims to support more effective, locally responsive, and measurable peace education and peacebuilding initiatives worldwide.
