A fiery and tropical coffee inspired by the vibrant heat of South America, this serve is made with a Nespresso Colombia Vertuo pod which delivers a particularly juicy, fruity cup. Ingredients: 1 Master Origin Colombia pod 100ml pineapple juice Tajin seasoning Lime wedge Ice Pineapple wedge garnish Please check all ingredient labels for allergens, as other allergens not listed in the recipe may be present What you’ll need: - Nespresso Vertuo Up Machine - 2x Mixology glass, Small - Plate for the Tajin - Spoon Let’s make it: 1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass and dip into the Tajin. 2. Fill the glass with ice add pour over the pineapple juice. 3. Brew Master Origin Colombia using Coffee Creations mode (80ml) and pour into the glass using the back of a spoon to maintain the layers. 4. Stir gently and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
