Origin of the doner kebab recipe: https://www.instagram.com/mezemike/
Gyros we made:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 white onion blended
1-2 tablespoons olive oil (if using a lean meat)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2.5 tablespoons Primal Palette Super Gyro Blend (you could also use your own blend using spices like: oregano, dried parsley, salt, paprika, lemon pepper, ground coriander, black pepper, rosemary, thyme, cinnamon, marjoram, mint, etc)
we made 4 sheets out of 1 lb of ground beef
10-14 minutes at 350 degrees (its probably cooked sooner than that though if you want to test it)
we fried it in a pan for less than a minute for the crispy edges
We served ours with red onion, and slaw, with tzatziki, on low carb tortillas

We don’t demonize ingredients, and we just try to do our best to eat low carb without overthinking it. Some might call it lazy or dirty but we love this lifestyle.
