FIND YOUR COOKBOOKS, EBOOKS, RAMEN BOWLS, & SUSHI MASTERCLASS HERE: https://www.yeungmancooking.com LEARN HOW TO MAKE EASY LENTIL WRAPS AT HOME! LAY HO MA (how's it going in Cantonese)! Join me in this episode and learn how to make easy foldable, pliable lentil wraps with only 2 ingredients. Let's begin! INGREDIENTS: 1 cup red lentils 1 cup water couple pinches of salt 1/2 tsp avocado oil (for cooking) 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder pepper to taste 1/2 cup spinach (packed) DIRECTIONS: 1. Place the red lentils into a heat proof bowl. Fill a kettle with water and bring to a boil. Pour the hot water onto the lentils (enough to keep them submerged) for about 20-25mins. Then, rinse and drain the lentils. Add 1 cup of water to the lentils, then transfer to a blender. Add a couple pinches of salt and blend on high until completely smooth 2. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium low heat. Spread a thin layer of avocado oil onto the pan. Pour in about 1/2 cup worth of the lentil mixture and immediately spread it gently with a ladle. Allow the wrap to cook for about 2mins. Then, use a spatula to release and flip over. Cook for another couple of minutes 3. For upgraded wraps, add the garlic powder, onion powder, and spinach to the blender and blend on high until completely smooth 4. Cook the spinach wraps the same way as in step 1 and 2 If you enjoyed this episode and would love to see more, remember to like, comment, and subscribe so that you won't miss a single episode!
