AumSum was wandering through a quiet neighborhood on a sunny afternoon when something strange happened. As he paused near a tall boundary wall and tried to peek over it, his neck did not stop where it usually did. Instead, it stretched upward smoothly, rising higher and higher. Miraculously, AumSum had gained a long, flexible neck. AumSum began playing joyfully. He stood in one place and looked over fences instead of walking around them. He stretched his neck upward to watch birds resting on high branches. He curved it low to see under parked cars and benches. He even wrapped his neck gently around a lamp post. Suddenly, a loud siren echoed nearby, followed by shouting. Thick smoke began rising from behind a row of houses. A small apartment building had caught fire on one of the middle floors. People rushed outside, worried and confused. Firefighters arrived quickly, but smoke made it hard to see clearly inside the building. Some residents were still leaning out of windows, unsure which way to go. AumSum noticed the danger immediately. Without hesitation, he ran toward the building and stopped at a safe distance. AumSum stretched his neck upward moving carefully through the smoky air. He bent his neck sideways and looked behind the building, noticing a clear fire escape that was still safe to use. Then he curved his neck around the side of the building and checked the rooftop, making sure no one was trapped there. Using his long neck, AumSum moved his head from window to window, guiding people toward safer paths with calm gestures. One by one, residents moved safely down the fire escape. Soon, everyone was out of the building. Everyone cheered loudly for their hero AumSum.
