Hippos am Morgen 4K

Bei Sonnenaufgang sind die Flusspferde schon zurück in ihren See im Maputo Nationalpark. Das ist auch gut so, denn beim grasen am Seeufer (s. https://youtu.be/J7xggo414iM) möchte ich diesen Tieren nicht begegnen. Denn sie können sehr aggressiv werden und man kann ihnen kaum entkommen, indem man wegrennt. So konnte ich eine absolut friedliche Flusspferdgruppe lange Zeit beobachten - und auch umgekehrt. At sunrise, the hippos are already back in their lake in Maputo National Park. That's a good thing, because I wouldn't want to encounter these animals while grazing on the lake shore (see https://youtu.be/J7xggo414iM) . They can become very aggressive, and it's almost impossible to escape them by running away. This allowed me to observe a completely peaceful group of hippos for a long time – and vice versa.
