The Customer Left Town- So We Raced Our Tractors On The Jobsite

The customer is on vacation, so we decided to have race on the jobsite. GENTLEMEN START YOUR ENGINES!! Right away it was absolute chaos- 4 Aggressive Drivers on Ventracs. Now these tractors are built for work, but they’re actually really fast. I was in third place, but I got a lucky break…the lead driver had to come in for a Pit Stop, and I was able to move into second. All four drivers were required to get a full scoop of crushed stone and dump it into the garage foundation. Honestly, you can’t say we didn’t get some work done. Next, we had to unhook and drop our bucket before crossing back over the start line for one more lap. Finally, and this is where things got interesting, all four drivers had to hook up to their mowing deck and mow a strip across the septic field. Once we reached the cones on the other side, we had to unhook our mowing deck. Then the first guy to drive up onto the tilt trailer was the winner.
