Some Americans who were unable to meet that savings goal by retirement are turning now to small gigs to help support themselves. Analysts said they've seen a surge in recent years among older adults who are unretiring from the workforce. Although some retirees said they do it to keep themselves busy and active, others said they do it because it helps them stay afloat with their bills.
