Big rig reunited with owner after Yuba County pipe rupture

Three weeks after a pipe ruptured at the New Colgate Powerhouse in Yuba County, a big rig that was stranded since a mudslide there has been reunited with its owner. Cesar Garcia was picking up a load at the powerhouse on Feb. 13 when the major pipe rupture occurred, forcing him to evacuate and leave his truck behind, which he needs to make money.
