I can't believe someone lives here!!! They were the backyards. His tenants were living there, and the place was in desperate need of some TLC. The landlord mows the yards him self but the backyards got away from him and he's older so once it got to a curtain point he couldn't revive them and it would cost a fortune to get them back to normal. So.. I offered to mow them for him for FREE, but he wouldn't let me do it without paying me for my work. I ended up helping him out, and honestly, the transformation was insane!
