Interstate 664 (Hampton Roads, VA) southbound

The Hampton Roads Beltway (Interstate 664) is a loop freeway that encircles the Hampton Roads metro area and serves the region's major cities (including Norfolk, Chesapeake, Newport News, and Hampton). The beltway incorporates portions of Interstates 64 and 664, as well as the two tunnel crossings of the Hampton Roads. Interstate 664 serves as a western bypass for the often-congested I-64 corridor between Newport News and Chesapeake via the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel.
