Caribbean Chef’s Night Out: A Taste of Paradise

Luigi and Christina Moxam, the husband-and-wife duo behind Cayman Cabana, take us on a lively night out in Grand Cayman, the largest of the Cayman Islands. Their evening begins on the water, making marinated conch ceviche with their son before heading to the historic Pedro St. James to soak in some local culture. From there, the drinks start flowing with a rum tasting led by the Cayman Spirits Company, setting the tone for the rest of the night. The celebrations continue with a feast of Caymanian classic, with a twist, at Thatch & Barrel, followed by bar-hopping at Door No. 4 and Cask Whisky, where the cocktails keep coming.
