The Sumire Mark Karaage roll from Food Wars, to THIS Day, remains one of my favorite dishes. I've made it countless times and have used it for many occasions. From using a crepe, banh xeo, or waffle cone - it works so well. The marinade gives it a pop of citrus and sweetness and the double frying gives it an incredible crunch.
