Homicide Suspect Instantly Floors it When Officer Gets Behind Him

* (Disclaimer: The content in this video is intended for educational and informational purposes only) Dayton, Ohio — On April 13, 2026, around 6:30 p.m., an officer was able to positively identify a suspect in a homicide investigation as a driver of a vehicle. When the officer got behind the suspect, the suspect immediately accelerated in an attempt to get away from the officer. The officer initiated a pursuit in the area of Lindale Ave. and E. Siebenthaler Ave. The pursuit lasted a little more than five minutes and ended on Davis Ave. near Massey St. The suspect, who was driving, as well as a female passenger. Inside the vehicle officers located a handgun, loose ammunition, suspected drugs and paraphernalia.
