She was found crying in agony on the streets of Venezuela after being brutally run over. Her tiny body was trembling. It’s a miracle she lived through the impact. Now she needs urgent help. When we found her there on the streets, her body was shaking. We ran to her and immediately picked her up as gently as we could, but every touch made her cry out in pain. We rushed her to the vet, where she was examined and given pain medication to help her rest. X-rays taken today confirmed what we feared — Tory has a fractured leg and needs surgery as soon as possible. Tory is still just a baby, and she deserves the chance to live a full, pain-free life.
