Description
Hey folks, it's Tasha. I hope you're enjoying my latest Level 5 workout. Here are a few alternatives for one of the cardio exercises. https://gofb.info/TotalBodyCardioEndurance
Here's a quick demo of the move as listed: three lunge hops with one leg leading. Make sure your knee is over the ankle of the front leg, and the knee under the hip of the back leg. Press through that front leg nice and strong. Step center — blast-off squat. Then you switch legs and perform three lunge hops on the other leg.
Now, this move occurs in segment number three of the workout and circuit number two, so your legs might be fatigued by then. If hopping is a little bit too much, you can take the hop out — reach floor to ceiling, keeping your legs grounded throughout the move.
You can also switch out those lunge hops for knee repeaters — again, lessening the impact but still keeping the heart rate high and maintaining a cardio effect. And lastly, you can opt for a shallow reverse lunge tap, taking out the hop but still maintaining a high cardio effect with a high cadence and range of motion.
Hopefully, those options help you out, and I get to see you on the screen soon for this endurance-focused Level 5 workout.
