Identity is NOT Strategy Unlock Your True Potential 𝗣𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 The first thing that I wanna talk about is you don't have a strategy problem, you have an identity problem. Now, I've talked about this somewhat in the past but I really wanna dive into this because who you choose to be. who you identify yourself to be, is who you show up in every single solitary relationship that you have. So if you identify yourself as the most loving mother, the most loving father, the most loving girlfriend, the most loving boyfriend, the most loving friend that you could possibly have, you are gonna keep showing up with that identity. That identity that you are putting on every day is how you are going to make choices and decisions and that is what is going to be radiating from you if that's what you are choosing. If you are choosing and I remember last week's show I was talking about being a small business owner. If you identify as a small business owner, the key word in there that I really want you to pay attention to is small. If that's what you identify yourself as, the energy of what you are being and the identity you are choosing is going to remain small. If you identify as someone who is struggling, I today I spoke with 2 or 3 different people and we all said "We're tired, we're tired, we're tired," and I'm like "Oh my God, okay, I don't want to identify as a tired person anymore." I really that it may be true that my body is not sleeping the way that I would prefer it to sleep but I don't wanna keep identifying that way because that's the way that I keep showing up.
