Will it START & DRIVE Again? V12 Supercharged 2 Stroke Detroit Dump Truck REVIVAL!

In this episode we are back with Wally, our vintage V12 Detroit Diesel Wabco dump truck, and today’s rescue mission got seriously heavy-duty. I know many of the Wally Wabco fans are eager to see if we can get this massive V12 Detroit Diesel screaming again. Asking Will it Start and drive again on a machine of this scale takes a lot more than just cracking lines and turning a key. Before we could even think about bringing that massive 2-stroke V12 Detroit Diesel beast back to life, we had to tackle a major safety and suspension issue: the massive front strut. In this video, we walk you through the process of gassing up the heavy-duty LH strut with nitrogen gas to lift Wally back up to his proper ride height. Once the suspension was sorted, it was time to move to the main event—checking the oils and water, pumping up tyres and fitting our batteries to see if this old-school earthmover will scream once again.
