When a tooth gets knocked out, every minute counts! Here’s what to do 👇 1️⃣ Stay calm & find the tooth. Never touch or clean the root – that’s where the living cells are. 2️⃣ Keep it moist: 🥛 If you have milk – put the tooth in a glass of milk. 💧 If not – use a clean tissue and let the injured person spit on it (their own saliva!). Then gently wrap the tooth and place it in a small bag or box to protect it. 3️⃣ Cool the cheek from the outside ❄️ (Never cool or freeze the tooth itself!) 4️⃣ Go to a dentist IMMEDIATELY 🦷⏱️ Best within 30–60 minutes – the sooner, the better. The tooth can often be reimplanted if it’s kept moist and handled correctly!
