Bring to a boil, then add lasagne sheets and cook until 80% done (7–8 minutes). Remove, rinse with water, and grease lightly with oil. Chicken Mince Preparation: Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 kg chicken mince. Cook until it changes color. Add 1 cup chopped onion and ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste. Cook for 3–4 minutes. Add 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp soya sauce, and 1 tsp chilli flakes. Mix well and cook for 7–8 minutes. Add 3–4 tbsp SuperChef Chili Garlic Ketchup, mix, and cook for another 2–3 minutes. White Sauce: In a pan, melt 3 tbsp butter. Add 2 tbsp flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add 3 cups milk while stirring continuously. Add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and ½ tsp oregano. Cook until the sauce thickens. Assembling & Baking In a baking dish: Spread a layer of white sauce Add lasagne sheets Add white sauce Add chicken mince Drizzle SuperChef Chili Garlic Ketchup Add capsicum slices Repeat layers.
