Lasagna Recipe – CEO Masterclass (Mansoor Sajjad)
Lasagne Sheets Boiling
Water – 7–8 cups
Salt – 1 tsp
Lasagne sheets – as required
Chicken Mince
Oil – 3 tbsp
Chicken mince – 1 kg
Onion (chopped) – 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tbsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
SuperChef Chili Garlic Ketchup – 3–4 tbsp
White Sauce
Butter – 3 tbsp
Flour – 2 tbsp
Milk – 3 cups
Salt – ½ tsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Oregano – ½ tsp
Assembling
Boiled lasagne sheets – 9–10
White sauce – as required
Cooked chicken mince – as prepared
SuperChef Chili Garlic Ketchup – as required (layering)
Cheddar cheese – as required
Mozzarella cheese – as required
Capsicum (slices) – 1 cup
Tomato (slices) – 1 cup
Method
Boiling Lasagne Sheets:
In a pan, add 7–8 cups water and 1 tsp salt. Bring to a boil, then add lasagne sheets and cook until 80% done (7–8 minutes).
Remove, rinse with water, and grease lightly with oil.
Chicken Mince Preparation:
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 kg chicken mince. Cook until it changes color.
Add 1 cup chopped onion and ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
Add 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp soya sauce, and 1 tsp chilli flakes. Mix well and cook for 7–8 minutes.
Add 3–4 tbsp SuperChef Chili Garlic Ketchup, mix, and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
White Sauce:
In a pan, melt 3 tbsp butter. Add 2 tbsp flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually add 3 cups milk while stirring continuously.
Add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and ½ tsp oregano.
Cook until the sauce thickens.
Assembling & Baking
In a baking dish:
Spread a layer of white sauce
Add lasagne sheets
Add white sauce
Add chicken mince
Drizzle SuperChef Chili Garlic Ketchup
Add capsicum slices
Repeat layers. Final layer:
Lasagne sheets
White sauce
Cheddar & mozzarella cheese
Tomato & capsicum slices
Sprinkle chilli flakes
Baking
Preheat oven for 15–20 minutes
Bake at 170°C for 10 minutes (both grills)
Bake additional 2 minutes on top grill for golden cheese
