You dont have to be perfect... just be consistent And its so true. So many people look for perfection when just showing up day after day is really what makes you improve!! Riding bmx racing has taught us so much about the need to be consistent. Just showing up, listening... trying your best. When you bonk a manual or case a jump - dont back off, keep pushing. Practice being able to mess up your manuals, pumping and jumping because when it happens in a race you wont hesitate or worry about it you'll just pump or crank those pedals harder to get your speed back #bmxracing #pumptrack #bmx #bike
