Vaccines का मुख्य उद्देश्य है: मां को Preventable Diseases से बचाना। बच्चे के स्वास्थ्य को सुनिश्चित करना। Pregnancy के दौरान कुछ संक्रमण मां और बच्चे दोनों के लिए गंभीर Complications पैदा कर सकते हैं, जैसे: Birth Defects Developmental Issues Conception से पहले आवश्यक Vaccines को पूरा कर लेने से इन Risks को काफी हद तक कम किया जा सकता है। महत्वपूर्ण Vaccines और उनके लाभ 1. Rubella Vaccine Rubella (German Measles) Pregnancy के दौरान एक गंभीर Infection है। अगर Pregnancy के दौरान Rubella का संक्रमण होता है, तो यह Congenital Rubella Syndrome का कारण बन सकता है, जिससे बच्चे में Deformities और Developmental Issues हो सकते हैं। Rubella IgG Test: Immunity की जांच के लिए यह Test किया जाता है। अगर Positive Antibodies मिलती हैं, तो Vaccine की जरूरत नहीं होती। अगर Antibodies नहीं हैं, तो Rubella Vaccine लेना आवश्यक है। Rubella Vaccine उपलब्ध न होने पर MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) Vaccine विकल्प हो सकता है। 2. Chickenpox Vaccine Chickenpox (Varicella) का संक्रमण Pregnancy में गंभीर Complications और Congenital Birth Defects पैदा कर सकता है। Varicella IgG Test: यह Test Immunity की जांच के लिए किया जाता है। अगर Antibodies नहीं पाई जातीं, तो Pregnancy से पहले Chickenpox Vaccine लेना आवश्यक है। 3. Influenza Vaccine Flu Season में Pregnancy की योजना बना रही महिलाओं को Flu Vaccine लेने की सलाह दी जाती है। Flu का संक्रमण Pregnancy के दौरान मां और बच्चे दोनों के लिए गंभीर Health Issues पैदा कर सकता है। Flu Vaccine पहले से लेने से Seasonal Flu से सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित होती है। 4.
