Description
Are you having problems with the reverse camera on your VW Taos or VW Tharu SUV? The first and easiest thing to check is the backup camera fuse.
APPLIES TO:
Volkswagen Taos and Volkswagen Tharu
Years: 2022 | 2023 | 2024 | 2025 | 2026 and possibly newer.
Trims: S | SE | SEL | COMFORT | PREMIUM | PROGRESSIVE | SEAL | VISION
The camera fuse is in a small fuse box under the steering wheel.
Check Fuse F18 (7.5A).
If the fuse is good, the next step is to scan the module for fault codes, then check the wiring to the camera and all electrical connections.
