Montreal hosts national event showcasing Canada's rising young chefs

"It was nerve-wracking but once I got to cooking it really just released," says brigade finalist, Aidan Jusoh, at the Tablée des Chefs culinary finale, where he competed among four other teams for the national culinary title. Corinne Boyer reports.
