Happy Tuesday! I somehow pulled my right leg while scraping ice off the car window earlier. Now it feels funny and somewhat uneasy. Meh. When you're old 😅 I have this nice fruitcake recipe to share today. It's not as festive as Christmas fruitcake though as it is only using dried cranberries and golden raisins, but oh my, it's yummy, if I may say so myself. I just love all sorts of teabread or tea cakes 😊 1 1/2 c dried cranberries 1/2 c golden raisins 2 tsp allspice powder Salt 1/2 c dark brown sugar 1/2 c sugar 1/2 c water 1/2 c orange juice 1/2 c unsalted butter 2 eggs 1 1/2 c flour 1 tsp BSoda
