This creation is a full chocolate fig tree, standing tall in a traditional orange pot. Hidden within its branches are pastries disguised as figs, each composed of a fig-leaf infused sponge, a fresh caramelized fig compote, a light vanilla and Greek yogurt mousse, and a thin crunchy shell of white chocolate colored in purple.
