ST PAUL - COMMUNITY CENTER ASSESSMENT!! CAN IT BE SAVED ??

This is Part 3 of my journey in St Paul. After walking through the community and hosting a kids event, I wanted real answers about the future of the community center. So I brought in a structural engineer to assess the building and tell us the truth. Is it safe? Can it be repaired? Or does it need to be rebuilt? This is bigger than content for me. My goal is to fix the community center in St Paul and create a safe space for the youth.
