Gooseworx Deletes Reddit Account over Backlash from Digital Circus Fandom

Did you know this in the amazing digital circus? Recently there’s been a bit of drama in the fandom, leading to the shows creator gooseworx deleting her reddit account and issuing an apology. Let me explain. So the other day a clip went viral showing gooseworx in a livestream with her friends saying that jax and pomni are the two main characters of the amazing digital circus. This upset a bunch of fans, especially people who like ragatha and saw her as the 3rd main character. The trailer for the pilot introduced pomni, jax and ragatha, while the others were labelled everyone else. Goose had also said some episodes focus on specific characters, while jax took the spotlight in 5 which was meant to be ragatha’s episode. Him and pomni also get the most merch. Over on reddit goose replied to a fan saying how ragatha will get development in the last 2 episodes. Goose got a bunch of hate over this, leading her to delete her reddit account. Over on bluesky goose did an apology, saying she is sorry about what she said on livestreams and doesn’t want to hurt anyone. This was also deleted shortly after. Personally I think this whole thing is crazy. Goose shouldn’t have to apologise for stating who the main characters are in her world. I thought it was pretty obvious that pomni and jax were the two main characters, but i guess that wasn’t the case. The people sending hate to goose also ruined it for everyone, they made genuine fans giving thoughtful critique look bad.
