At the 2026 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este, Kimera Automobili unveiled the K-39, a road-legal hypercar that marks the Italian company's debut as a fully independent automotive manufacturer. The car abandons the restomod philosophy to be born from a blank sheet of paper, with its own chassis number, becoming a project that modernly reinterprets the legendary "Silhouette" racing cars of the 1980s, particularly the iconic Lancia Beta Montecarlo Turbo, and features pleasing references to the Ferrari F40 at the rear.
