Cutting Holes in My MX-5 Guards for Custom Fender Vents

I designed these fender vents from scratch… then permanently cut my MX-5 guards to install them. In this video I go through the full process of designing custom vents in Fusion 360, 3D printing test fits, removing the old vents, cutting larger openings in the guards, and gluing the new vents in place. This is very much a “measure, cut, hope for the best” kind of job — no aero claims, no guarantees, just making parts, taking my time, and trying not to ruin the car.
