Egg Paratha/Anda Paratha
Ingredients for Dough:
All-purpose flour 4 cups
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required
Ingredients for Egg Mixture:
Eggs 5
Green onion (chopped) 1/4 cup
Onion (chopped) 2 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Green coriander 1/4 cup
Ingredients for Anda Paratha:
Prepared dough
Prepared egg mixture
Oil as required
Directions for Dough Preparation:
In a bowl add flour, oil, salt, water and knead a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 10-15 mins. Set aside.
Directions for Egg Mixture:
In a bowl add eggs, green onion, onion, green chilies, red chili powder, salt, red chili flakes, green coriander and mix it well.
