Also slice and julienne the garlic. - Now add all the ingredients for the batter. Mix and set aside for around 30 mins. - For the stir frying, fine chop the ginger and garlic. - Slice the red, green and yellow bell peppers. Also fine chop the coriander leaves to be used as garnish. Process: - Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. - Drop the battered chicken pieces in hot oil side by side. Do not stir for a minute. - Stir and fry on medium heat for 6-7 mins till light brown in color. - Fry the rest in batches. - Heat oil in a wok and then add the chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies. - Give a stir and fry for around 30 secs Now add the sliced colored bell peppers.
