I Got My Horse A New Rider...

For month's I have been so excited for Reggie's return to work. But, when the day finally came when I could get back on him I decided not to and instead called on my good friend Holly to take the reins for me. At the end of last year Reggie, my 12 year old thoroughbred became very ill. Firstly with gastric ulcers, then with a mysterious illness no one could quite figure out. That was until our amazing vet Joe came on the scene and diagnosed Reggie with high internal inflammation rates. Over the course of the month that followed we worked on bringing Reggie back up to health and putting weight on him that he lost during his illness. Fast forward 2 months and Reggie has been given the all clear to come back into ridden work. Join me for the day as I introduce you all to Reggie's new rider and share why I’m not currently riding him myself.
