The Trump Administration Wants to Make Homelessness Worse

This might be one of the most important conversations we’ve ever had on the Homeless Unfiltered Podcast. Right now, dangerous homelessness policies coming out of Washington could make the crisis in America much worse. New actions from the Trump administration and the Department of Housing and Urban Development could roll back proven approaches like Housing First while expanding criminalization and policies like forced treatment that many experts say will not work. Instead of working together to prevent and solve homelessness, we’re increasingly fighting policies that could push more people onto the streets.
