I got this training head from the usual place that you get these types of things from (Temu) . I think that I get the idea of what It is trying to help with however when actually putting it to use I don't feel like it offers as much benefits as you might be lead to believe . The thing with buying these types of training aids off temu is that they are usually a copy of something and if you cant find the original anywhere like I cant with this one then there is no help in trying to figure out how your actually supposed to use it or the actual benefits . As far as I can understand it is designed to screw onto the bottom of your grip and I get the impression that its just there to help you to see where the face is aiming at a bit easier . (If anyone has a better understanding on this then please let me know and I will do an updated video) . Its not something you can really notice when you are swinging so I wasn’t feeling like I was getting any benefit from it in my practice swings as its not any easier to see where your face is pointing when your not actually hitting the ball .
