This time it’s a more chatty vlog, and I’m also finally introducing a program I’ve been working on for a long time. My friend Kelly and I actually met doing the VS shows together, and that’s really where our interest in health and fitness started. Over the years our routines have evolved a lot. We both moved away from the “push harder” mentality and started incorporating more mindfulness, breathwork, and practices that support the nervous system. That shift inspired us to create a program that combines the workouts we used to do for shows with the tools that help us feel more balanced today.
