Honolulu City Council pauses affordable housing bill for more study

A proposal that could change how affordable housing projects are built across Oahu is now on hold. Members of the Honolulu City Council have paused consideration of Bill 18, which would expand parts of the city’s affordable housing incentive program created under Honolulu Bill 7.
