How We Lifted a 133,000 LB Excavator

Moving heavy equipment is never as simple as loading it up and driving away. In this job, we were tasked with lifting and loading a 133,000 lb Hitachi excavator, plus the arm and bucket, onto a 9 axle trailer for transport. From the initial setup and rigging to the lift itself, this move required careful planning, the right equipment, and teamwork to get it done safely.
