Activate your BMW Digital Key Plus to lock, unlock and start your BMW with your iPhone, Android device or smartwatch. To get started: 1. Ensure your BMW ID on the My BMW App is linked to your vehicle and that your physical key is inside your BMW. 2. Open the My BMW App on your phone and sign in. 3. Go to the vehicle tab and set up your BMW Digital Key Plus. 4. Confirm and pair your device. Progress can be monitored on your vehicle’s BMW Central Information Display. You’ll receive a notification that your Digital Key Plus has been added to your wallet. You’ll also have the option to add the key to a compatible smartwatch.
