The Sacrifice: The Du‘a | Episode 9 | Mawlānā Sulaiman Mahmood | Dhul Hijjah 2026

One of the best actions in these blessed days is du‘a. In Episode 9 of The Sacrifice, Mawlānā Sulaiman Mahmood reflects on Du‘a as an act of humility, surrender, and nearness to Allah (SWT), especially on the Day of ‘Arafah. Allah (SWT) says: وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ “When My servants ask you about Me, then indeed, I am near.” (2:186) These blessed days are a time to ask Allah (SWT) with sincerity for forgiveness, guidance, relief, and everything needed for the dunya and the akhirah.
