Israeli settler blindfolds and binds elderly Palestinian man

Footage appears to show an Israeli settler dragging a blindfolded and bound elderly Palestinian man into a road in the village of Beit Iksa in the West Bank. In videos shared on local media, the armed settler, accompanied by Israeli soldiers, pushes the man and eventually drags him into a road where he is seen lying down as the soldiers pass him by. The Times of Israel, citing Palestinian media, reported that the man was a farmer attempting to access his land when he was bound by the settler. It is unclear what has since happened to the man.
