Transparently I had never heard of it and as someone who can struggle with sleep, insomnia or obsessive thoughts or overthinking before bed, I had to give this sleep trick or tip a try. This had me explore 4 additional sleep tips and tricks that I wanted to try for myself to see what actually works. But what actually when we sleep and is there science behind these sleep hacks? I talked to my friend neuroscientist Dr. Ben Rein to better understand sleep. Everything from what actually happens when we sleep to how much sleep do we actually need.
