Building A Pontoon Boat Using Construction Materials

One of my employees just asked me for a raise, so I bought him a brand-new boat instead. Here’s what happened. I didn’t actually buy him a boat. I bought the materials and built him a boat myself. Because this guy- he’s been working hard and he’s had a lot less accidents on the job lately. He doesn’t have a lot of money, he grew up poor, but he loves to fish. We don’t even know who his parents are. His driver’s license only has his first name on it. All I know is he’s from Ohio. And here’s something else. He’s extremely small- I don’t just mean short- He’s tiny. He’s pretty sensitive about it, so we try not to bring it up at work. Since he likes to fish, I thought I’d build him a pontoon boat. I can’t afford an expensive outboard motor; so I thought I could build one myself, and for the power plant I decided to use an 18-volt cordless drill. He came over right away to try it out. I’ve never seen him so happy. Right off the bat he stuck a pole in the water and started trolling for fish.
