Prepare Caramel Candi Cream: -In a bowl, add whipping cream, beat well for 2-3 minutes. -Add vanilla essence, beat well for 4-5 minutes until stiff peaks form. -Add prepared ¾th of caramel candi sauce & fold until well combined. Assembling: -In a serving glass, add layer of chopped biscuits, caramel candi cream, caramel candi sauce, garnish with caramel candi cream, mint leaves, & candi crumbs! (makes 7-8 cups)
