After being rescheduled because of Saturday’s rainy weather, Texas Monthly’s Taco Fest brought crowds to Grand Prairie’s EpicCentral on Sunday. The festival included taquerias from across the state. Some standouts included Resident Taqueria's escargot taco and Austin’s Ramen del Barrio's taco that mixed Japanese and Mexican flavors. The Taco Fest is headed to Houston next month.
