• 1 cup jaggery (about 200 grams)

• 4 tbsp ghee (for roasting dalia mixture)
• 1/2 cup broken wheat (dalia/lapsi)
• 4 tbsp sattu (roasted gram flour powder)
• 4 tbsp grated dry coconut (kopra)
