Indianapolis man sentenced after accepting plea deal in 2024 road rage shooting on Indy's east side

An Indianapolis man has been sentenced in connection with a 2024 road rage shooting on the city's east side. Under a plea agreement, Terrence Segraves pleaded guilty Feb. 23 to a lesser offense of aggravated battery and has agreed to a 12-year prison sentence. On Friday, March 6, a judge sentenced Segraves to 12 years, per the terms of the plea agreement, with approximately 7.5 years to be served in the Indiana Department of Correction.
