DAY 12 // 9,608 Students — Future Generations Tour 2026 @hastingsboyshighschoolnz A really special one today. This is where it all started for Jack. His old stomping grounds — the place that helped shape him into the man he is today. Walking into a place like that… you can feel it. The people. The history. The memories. The teachers who backed him. The mates who walked alongside him. The grounds that helped build him. The welcome we received reflected it. Being welcomed in by the kapa haka group was something else. Powerful, moving, and honestly pretty hard to put into words. One of those moments where you feel it in your chest… where you have to stop, breathe deep, and just take it all in. Jack was holding back tears the whole time, tears from the mana felt and expressed. You could see what it meant. Not just to us — but to Jack as well. Coming back, standing where it all began, and now sharing his story with the next generation… that’s something pretty special. Today wasn’t about rushing. It was about being present. Feeling the weight of where we were, the people around us and what this journey is really about. The ripple keeps growing.
