SIU secures settlement with Minnie Dlamini over irregular NLC funds

The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) has succesfully concluded a settlement agreement with Minenhle Dlamini, one of the beneficiaries of funds irregularly received from NPO, Mshanduka Foundation.
