Bulldogs - gotta love 'em, right?

From English bulldogs to Frenchies these pups are loyal, a bit stubborn, and have the best underbites. While there's so much to love, Dr. Katy Nelson also has some key things you should know about their care. Things to know: 🐶 As a brachycephalic (short-nosed) breed, they are not well-adapted to hot climates. Your bulldog should always have access to shade, water, and AC at all times, and restrict any neighborhood walks to cooler times of the day (morning and evening). 👂 They're not known for being particularly quiet—there’s lots of panting, snorting, and snoring. 🐾 Their wrinkly skin is ADORABLE, but will also require frequent maintenance to prevent skin infections. 😋 Bulldogs are more prone to obesity, and the extra weight can exacerbate other health concerns.
